    Great company - Communication needs work

    Have ordered numerous products from these guys, and I will continue to do so.

    The Mac team is astute, they know their apple products, they know their software and they are diligent when getting a job done.

    However, I have one complaint.

    1. Every time, I send them an email or request a quote via phone, they take forever to get back to me. And when they finally do, they always send the quote half finished.

    Mac & More - please take our comments seriously - this is how you may loose a client.

    But on the whole, I find that these guys are the most knowledgeable Apple dealers in Kenya - and because of that, they will always have my business.
