PC World is a fully owned Kenyan company, established in August 1995, with a staff of two, office space of 450 square feet and an opening bank balance of $25. The turnover for the first year was $150,000.

Today the company has over 10,000 square feet officce space in a three story building which it acquired in 2006 and an annual turnover in excess of $5 million. We currently employ over 50 professionals.

Our major contributor to our success is our strong focus on customer satisfaction, customer service, providing continuous value addition to all its stakeholders. Our professional approach to management of our business has enabled us to create an impeccable goodwill in the industry & society. Our expertise & experience has made us empathic to the needs and expectations of our growing number of clients in various sectors of the economy in our bid to become one of the leading IT companies in Kenya.

    I have come not less than five times to buy spare parts to upgrade my computer and anyone who asks me where to buy his/her machine or spares parts I just tell them to go Pc World ,Westlands and they come back thanking me your products are of good quality and affordable prices.You are the best.

    laugh and left me feeling good about my purchase even though my week old machine had already experienced a glitch. I remain pleased.I never experienced the same level

    A brand you can count on...

    Have used numerous computer places over the last few years, and most if not all have left a fowl taste in my mouth and in my pocket.

    Until, I visited PC World...

    PC World is a brand name that carries all the brands! Laptops, desktops, printers, servers the works. But the best part is their after-sales service, any issues and problems they sort it out for you straight away. Today, when time is money you need the right service partner who can help you and your team troubleshoot at a drop of a hat, and trust when I say PC world is that partner.
